8. What if I am having trouble viewing the images and text? Images are sometimes covering text, how do I fix that issue?
Some internet browsers allow you to adjust the "zoom level" of your screen. Your browser window may be set at a larger or smaller viewing setting. If your are experiencing overlap of the images/text, try holding the Ctrl key down on the keyboard while using the scroll function of your mouse to adjust the display size of the web pages.
1. There are several other excellent sources for registry review products, how is URR different?
I personally have relied on several of the ultrasound registry review courses offered by various vendors. URR was my effort to provide the same information in an online format. This allows access to the study materials and practice exams from any PC, anywhere, at anytime with a secure password.
One of my other motivations for the online format was the ability to revise the materials very easily as needed. All URR users are asked for their feedback on the site when CME credits are applied for and feedback is welcomed via email at anytime. All recommendations and advice will be considered and the site will be updated regularly to stay current with your educational needs. The review presentations and mock exams are modeled after the the most recent ARDMS content outlines.
2. How do I become a Registered User?
Go to the page that displays the title of the presentation or practice exam you wish to access. Click on the title and you will be taken to a login page for New and Registered Users. Select New User, enter in the information requested and submit the form. You will then be taken to the available products page to select the items you wish to access. Choose the product(s) using the drop down menu and add to cart button. You will be given the option to use your Paypal account or just your credit or debit card for payment. Once your Paypal payment has been approved, a user name and password will be sent to the email address that you provided on the New User registration page. Your access to the site will be limited to the presentation or practice test selected at the time of registration.
3. How do I add more presentations or practice exams to my account once I register for the first one?
Once you enter the New User Registration information you will be taken to the page to select any of the available URR products that you wish to access.
If you are a current user and would like to obtain access to more courses or exams, go to the page with the presentation or exam you wish to access and select it. Then select the New User option and complete the payment process. Once approved, your current URR password will allow you access to the additional course or exam.

All sonographers will receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24hrs of the purchase of a review presentation. All sonographers will receive a full refund for practice exam access if less than 40 questions were viewed on the exam prior to requesting cancellation.
